AFRICAN WOMEN EDUCATION (AWE): WOMEN IN 360° LEADERSHIP
African Women Education (AWE): Women in 360° Leadership, is a subsidiary organ of God’s Arm Global Foundation, “GAGF”. AWE as an organ of GOD’S ARM GLOBAL FOUNDATION is solely responsible to manage and coordinate our activities with the United Nations Women Organization, Committee on the Status of Women (CSW) with all other relevant national, continental, international and global projects with our appointed members and officials in the diaspora.
African Women Education “Women in 360° Leadership” is a global and holistic leadership approach process to leading self, leading up, leading peers, leading teams, and leading forward into society and community.
AWE focuses on empowering African women and in the diaspora not just academically, but emotionally, socially, professionally, financially, and spiritually with rigorous preparation and empowerment to lead in every sphere (personal, workplace, community, global).
Core Objectives:
1 To empower African women and girls through holistic education, leadership trainings and development, mentorship and global advocacy by cultivating confident, ethical, and transformational leadership spirit to shape a prosperous, equitable continent.
2. Build capacity for women to lead in various sectors (education, governance, health, business and finance, technology, arts and entertainment, religion, ministry, military and defense, security, legal and environment).
3. Breaking glass ceilings within and across Africa being faced with socio-political and economic, cultural, and systemic barriers to education, leadership, and opportunity.
4. Promote gender equality, holistic improvement and development for sustainable structural systemic interventions.
AWE: WOMEN IN 360° LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ROADMAP;
Self-Leadership & Mindset: Building confidence, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, values, resilience.
Education & Skills Development: Formal education support with vocational/training in leadership, digital skills, entrepreneurship, communication, etc.
Leadership & Governance: Leadership ethics, civic engagement, advocacy, public speaking, strategic thinking.
Health, Well-Being & Rights: Women’s health, mental wellness, rights education, reproductive health education, gender equity awareness.
Economic Empowerment & Entrepreneurship: Business training, micro-finance, financial literacy, job readiness, green/digital economy orientation.
Mentorship and Networking: Pairing with mentors, peer groups, alumni networks, and international exposure.
Community & Global Engagement: Projects, outreach, social impact initiatives, representation at global forums.
Partnership with relevant institutions, agencies, ministries, organizations, governmental and intergovernmental bodies to establish the advancement towards improvement and development.

The pioneer leadership executive members will be appointed after critical evaluation by the Board of Review, physical investiture and decoration with certificate presentation to function in leadership position will take place behind close door.
