UN ECOSOC SCS SDC.UNESC Nigeria Chapter congratulates Bar. Ayo Aribidara a renowned trade lawyer on his appointment as the Director General of the Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Drive by the Executive Governor of Ekiti State H.E Biodun Oyebanji.
The courtesy visit was championed by the UN ECOSOC SCS SDC.UNESC Chief Advisor and Strategic Leader in the person of Amb. Dr. Adetunji Temitope CrownReawake on behalf of the Chairperson in absentia Dr. Anyaokei-Gozi Blessing who is presently at Turkey for some diplomatic exchange.
The UNESC pledge her full support with the newly appointed Director General to help promote the SDGs as the UNESC is an arm of the United Nations that pursue the UN goals on humanitarian services. A phone call was placed to the UNESC Chairperson during the courtesy visit who spoke well with the Director General to re-assure him of the support of the Organization henceforth.
During the meeting, ideas were bounced together on how to attract more foreign investors to the country through Ekiti State government which the DG gladly embraced; the Trade Lawyer shared his international experiences with different countries where his track records can never be erased and promised to do more.
There will be cordial collaboration between the UNESC and the Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency in the upcoming International Conference designed by God’s Arm Global Foundation (a nonprofit organization registered in Nigeria and approved by the United States of America with stakeholders from Europe and Canada) immediately after the elected President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is swear-in. The upcoming international conference will attract international and global organizations having good partnership with God’s Arm Global Foundation and wonderful global business developers shall be a part to join this international conference.
The courtesy visit was duly represented by the Foundation team: Mr. Ojo Abiodun Olamitan; the General Secretary and Mr. Arogundade Temitope Elijah; the Strategic Leadership to the Foundation also the Alumni National President of the Federal University Oye Ekiti.
The UNESC use this medium to appreciate the Executive Governor of Ekiti State for being a leader with difference for his flexibility and keen knowledge in identifying young talents in the driving of the State affairs; an appeal to the Federal Government to emulate the strategies of the Ekiti State Governor in appreciating the young people who have invested so much in their personal development in order to be great assets to the Nation.
